As Medical Director for Health Equity at Penn Medicine Chester County Hospital, she is dedicated to advancing equitable healthcare by fostering patient-centered care, amplifying diverse voices, and honoring lived experiences. She holds a Master of Business Administration and a Master of Urban Bioethics, providing her with a broad perspective on healthcare leadership and ethical decision-making. Her clinical interests include health equity in pediatrics, patient advocacy, and community engagement.
Outside of medicine, Dr. Cooke enjoys staying active, traveling, engaging with her local community, and spending quality time with family and friends.

Amy Latyak, MSN, RN, CCE, CLC(s) is the Manager of Lactation and Prenatal Education Services at Penn Medicine Chester County Hospital. She received her Bachelor’s degree in nursing from Villanova University in 1997, and her Master’s degree in nursing administration from Immaculata University in 2024.
